Training Center :
LISCO has its own training center for training and qualifying its personnel .
Its designed to accommodate 600 trainees .
It has (12) workshops and (18) classrooms with different sizes .

Leisure resort :
Lisco has its own leisure resort for employees and their families consisting of football field and basketball & volleyball court, two recreational buildings, children playpen, restaurant & cafeteria, parking green area , tennis court, rest house all over about 86,000 sq.m .

Social care fund :
It was established on 17/01/1999 to maintain a cooperation and social care and strengthen ties between LISCO and its employees by granting aid to employees .

Employee's service bureau :
The bureau was founded on 10/05/1998 .It is rendering the assistance in finalizing the personal needs with other authorities for all company employees .

Medical Care :
LISCO has its own polyclinic with (8) different clinics and x-ray unit and laboratory providing medical care for employees and their families .
